Pig Out Perks is how we say thanks for ordering from this website. Your account area on the ordering page is called the Piggy Bank, and what you earn are piggy coins. Sign in, order, earn piggy coins, and use them for money off your next food order. These are the rules, in plain words. For what we keep about you, see the privacy page.

Earning piggy coins

You earn piggy coins on the food you pay for on this website while you are signed in to your Piggy Bank account.

• Piggy coins are earned on food only. Tax, tips and the delivery fee do not earn piggy coins.
• The part of an order you pay for with piggy coins does not earn piggy coins.
• Catering requests and pay links do not earn piggy coins.
• Orders placed without signing in do not earn piggy coins.

Your piggy coins show as coming until they can be used. Once your order is ready or its day has passed, they are yours to use.

Using piggy coins

At checkout you can choose to use your piggy coins. Each piggy coin is worth a set amount off food, and the Piggy Bank and the checkout both show you what you are using before you pay. Piggy coins only come off food, never tax, tips or the delivery fee.

Your card is always charged at least one dollar. If your piggy coins would cover more than that, use fewer piggy coins and keep the rest for next time.

Piggy coins have no cash value. They cannot be sold, traded, given to someone else, or paid out, and they are only good at Pig Out on this website.

Cancelled orders and refunds

If an order is cancelled, the piggy coins you used on it come back and the piggy coins it earned are taken away. If part of an order is refunded, the piggy coins move in step with it: some of the piggy coins you used come back, and some of the piggy coins you earned are taken away.

When piggy coins expire

Piggy coins expire after 12 months with no activity on your account. Ordering, earning or using piggy coins counts as activity. The Piggy Bank shows your piggy coins and your recent activity.

Bonus days and welcome piggy coins

We may give welcome piggy coins on your first paid order. Now and then we may also run a bonus day that earns extra piggy coins. A bonus is a treat, not a promise. We may run one, change one or skip one, and you should not count on any.

One account each

Piggy Bank accounts are for one person. Please do not make more than one, and do not share yours. We can close an account that is being misused, for example to get piggy coins that were not earned, and we can remove the piggy coins that came from it.

Changes and ending the program

Pig Out can change these rules, change what piggy coins are worth, or end Pig Out Perks. We will give fair notice where we can, on this page or on the ordering page.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account any time. Open the Piggy Bank on the ordering page and choose Delete my account, or email us. Deleting removes your account, your sign-in details and your piggy coins. Your past orders stay as sales records, without the link to your account. Piggy coins you delete cannot be brought back.
